Our Parent Choice Clinic in Gilbert is there for families who have question or concerns about vaccinations. We understand that families have concerns about what goes into their children’s bodies and that should not mean that your child can’t receive support from a medical provider when you need it.  

The Parent Choice Clinic is located at 2451 E. Baseline Rd Suite 130, just East of the Gilbert and Baseline. 

We take all AHCCCS and major Commercial/Private insurance plans. Payment plans available for those who do not want to use insurance

Parent Choice Clinic provides a number of services including pediatric primary care, lactation/feeding support, allergy, Behavioral Health Consultants (BHC), and WIC services.
